Shipping & Delivery Policy

UAE Orders

  • Once the processing period is completed, the order is handed over to the courier.

  • If the order is delayed by up to 7 additional working days beyond the stated timeline due to reasons beyond our control (workload or courier delays):

    • The order cannot be cancelled

    • No refund will be issued

  • Cancellation requests may only be reviewed after an additional 7 working days, subject solely to the store’s discretion.

GCC Countries (Excluding UAE)

  • Shipping to GCC countries takes up to 30 working days.

  • In case of delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control:

    • There is no fixed delay timeframe

    • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

  • We guarantee to follow up on the shipment until it is successfully delivered.

  • International orders are non-cancellable under all circumstances once processed or shipped.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted.

  • All sales are final.

  • Abayas are made from textile threads and fabrics that may naturally include:

    • Minor texture variations

    • Handmade details

These are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Refund or exchange requests based on these reasons will not be accepted.

Color Disclaimer

  • Products are photographed under professional lighting to reflect the true color as accurately as possible.

  • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

    • Lighting conditions

    • Screen brightness and display settings

    • Device resolution

  • Color variation is not considered a defect.
